Forklift Operator - Carlisle

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Carlisle. You will be responsible for operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers to safely transport, stack, and retrieve materials within a busy distribution center environment.

Shift Schedule

• Monday-Thursday, 5:00pm-3:30am, Four 10 hour shifts, 3 days off

Pay Rates

• 19.25 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Must possess a valid forklift certification for reach trucks and cherry pickers.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience operating industrial powered equipment in a warehouse setting.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers for high-rack storage retrieval.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and maintain safety logs.
• Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety protocols and warehouse operational procedures.
• Strong attention to detail when picking and staging inventory to ensure order accuracy.

• Safely transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Stack and retrieve items from high-rack storage.
• Perform routine equipment inspections.
