Insulation Installer

Experienced Insulation Installer | Full-Time | Great Benefits | No On-Call

We have partnered with a family-owned insulation contractor with more than 40 years of success serving residential and commercial customers. The company specializes in fiberglass and spray foam insulation and has built its reputation on quality workmanship, dependable service, and treating employees well.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Insulation Installer with a strong background in fiberglass batt and/or blown-in insulation .

What You'll Do

• Install fiberglass batt insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other building cavities
• Install blown-in fiberglass insulation using insulation blowing equipment
• Measure, cut, fit, and secure insulation to ensure proper coverage and minimize gaps, voids, and compression
• Read and follow work orders, plans, job specifications, and installation requirements
• Load, unload, stage, and safely handle insulation materials and equipment
• Safely operate insulation equipment, hand tools, utility knives, ladders, scaffolding, and related construction equipment
• Work closely with crew leaders, supervisors, general contractors, and other trades
• Identify and communicate job-site conditions that could impact quality, safety, or project completion
• Maintain company standards for safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism
• Drive company vehicles, including pickup trucks and mid-sized box trucks, to job sites throughout the Tri-State Area

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of insulation installation experience
• Hands-on experience with fiberglass batt and/or blown-in insulation
• Residential and/or commercial insulation experience
• OSHA 10 certification preferred, but not required
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to designated job sites or company locations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable, professional, and safety-conscious
