This role involves the development and implementation of treatment plans. The therapist will work with clients to improve daily living skills. Documentation of patient progress is required. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential. Maintaining a safe and supportive environment is a priority. Participating in ongoing education and skills validation is expected. Compliance with health standards and regulations is mandatory. The therapist must engage in effective communication with clients and families. Routine assessments will be conducted to evaluate client needs. The position requires a commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
