Job OverviewEbenezer is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our senior independent living team at Spero Lakeville in Lakeville, MN! This position will be responsible, under the supervision of the Property Manager, to assist in the daily administration of the Condominium focusing on administrative/office duties and meeting the needs of the Condominium OwnersThis assistant property manager schedule includes;80 hours every two weeksFull time; Day shiftNo weekendsOn-call 24/7 for the communityResponsibilities:Serves as a support for the Property Manager in assisting with daily administration of the CondominiumServes as point of contact for residentsCoordinates with committees on current projectsMaintains professional and accurate documentation of Resident’s, Committee’s and general building filesDevelops the Monthly Calendar, prepares newsletter articles and flyersPerforms other duties required by the specific needs of the propertyRequired Qualifications:One to three years previous experience with property managementWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, e-mail, and office equipment.Preferred Qualifications:Vocational/Technical Training orAssociate DegreeAssisted Housing Manager Quade ability to obtain and pass certification within 1 YearCertified Occupancy Specialist (COS)Certified Manager of Housing (CMH)Certified Manager of Senior Housing (CMSH)Tax Credit Specialist (TCS)National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP)Benefit OverviewEbenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
